SHIPPING

Free shipping on all orders. We ship worldwide, with the exception to Russia and Brazil. A shipment usually takes around 2 working days in Europe and 5 working days worldwide.

 

RETURNS

  • If you don't like the sunglasses or they don't fit, you can proceed shipping them back (within 20 days since the payment has been done) at your expenses and send an email to “rsf@retrosuperfuture.com" with the order number and the reason of the return or visit this page. As soon as we get them, if they are in perfect conditions, we'll refund the whole price of the sunglasses (without the shipment cost), or ship an other pair. If the cost of the sunglasses in exchange is higher than the first one bought, you'll have to pay the balance, if it's lower we'll refund the difference.

  • If the sunglasses you have bought through our online store are faulted in some way (although we always make them pass our quality controls before), we will have to verify the fault with detailed pictures. Once the defect will be verified and certified from us through pictures, we will pay the return shipment and provide either shipping a substitution item or refunding you the cost of the sunglasses. If you either don't want or are not able to send pictures of the defected item, we wont afford the return shipment expenses, therefore if you reckon you can go on shipping it at your expenses. Once we receive the item and verify the damage, we will proceed either refunding the cost of the sunglasses + the cost of the original shipment paid OR sending a substitution item + refunding the cost of the original shipment paid. We don't provide refund or substitution shipment if we don't have certified the damaged item through either pictures or the physical item in hands.

  • If you bought a faulted sunglasses from another shop/online store, we will have to verify the fault with detailed pictures. Only once the defect will be verified from us, we will take the item back and provide shipping a substitution one. If you either don't want or are not able to send pictures of the defected item, we wont afford the return shipment expenses, therefore you can go on shipping it at your expenses. Once we receive the item, if we verify and certify the defect, we will proceed sending a substitution item. Refund is not possible in this case, since the purchase hasn't been done through our online store.

  • In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item (because of either wrong address or absence of the recipient), we will advise the customer (right as soon as the carrier informs us) trying to reach him/her via email and/or via telephone if needed. If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us because of no response from the customer and you still want to get the sunglasses you'll have to pay for an other shipment, otherwise we'll refund the cost of the sunglasses bought (without the shipment cost).

For any of the above mentioned cases, if you are shipping from a Country that is not in the European Community, please don't forget to write in the pro-forma invoice that goes with the package 15 euro as the commercial value and REPAIR/SUBSTITUTION as the reason of shipment: if you will write a different amount, we will have to charge to you the additional custom fees. For your convenience you find in this section of the website the pre-filled pro-forma to be completed with your info.
